Fully Vaccinated. Two Pfizer shots done at the Javits Center, NY. Besides soreness on my arm, on the 2nd day after 2nd shot I had some chills. That’s it.
I can’t express enough my gratitude to all the levels of the universe that made this possible and gave me hope back to see my mom sooner than later and safer than ever.
Covid-vaccine and Masks are not a political act.
They are not an act of faith either.
Getting vaccinated, and continuing to wear the mask and keep the social distance are a collective act against one enemy: covid-19.
It may not be 100% effective, but 95% or even 70% is better than ZERO. Yes, there are the variants. And there will most likely be repeated vaccinations or whatever else, this is just the beginning.
Let’s step together into the new world post-19. It belongs to us to make it a new era, where wearing a mask is like putting the belt on when we get in a car, just automatic and safe, self protection and care…Let’s beat this thing together.

🇫🇷~ “Majeure et vaccinnée”… prend une toute autre connotation en 2021. J’ai reçu mes 2 injections de covid-vaccine Pfizer à NY. Je suis pleine de reconnaissance et gratitude que cela ait été possible, de l’espoir retrouvé, de revoir ma maman et ma famille bientôt et je souhaite de tout coeur que le processus puisse être accéléré pour tout le monde.
Le vaccin et le port du masque… ne sont pas un acte politique, ni un acte de foi.
Se faire vacciner, porter le masque, respecter la distance sociale… sont des actes contre un unique et tout aussi « majeur » ennemi: covid-19.
Ce n’est peut-être pas 100% efficace. Mais 95% ou même 70%, pas besoin d’être matheux pour comprendre que c’est mieux que ZERO. Il y a les variantes, il y aura aussi sûrement des revaccinations à venir… et d’autres évolutions, ce n’est que le début de l’ère post-19. Il nous appartient à tous d’en faire une nouvelle ère, de retrouver l’espoir et d’automatiser des actes qui nous préserveront ENSEMBLE.
