A young couple struggles to keep their love alive in a world where technology has replaced intimacy, and human touch is deadly...
...That's the story of THE LAST TOUCH, a dystopian short movie I wrote, directed and starred in.
Still from The Last Touch
with Melissa Mars & James Kacey
I am honored and excited that THE LAST TOUCH has its WORLD PREMIERE and is an OFFICIAL SELECTION of PITTSBURGH SHORTS 2020 .
The festival is VIRTUAL and the film is available for viewing from November 12 to November 22 to anyone in the US in the Block [THRILLS & CHILLS 2].
The block includes 8 genre short movies for 98 minutes of post-halloween thrills and chills: #scifi #horror #darkcomedy #zombies … Most of them are directed by female-filmmakers that you’ll get to see and hear (including me ) right after the screening, (FYI, that was my FIRST VIRTUAL Q&A / PANEL as a filmmaker).
And there is an audience award… so if you like short movies, want to support indie filmmaking, and are up for a thrilling movie night... you can get your tickets: bit.ly/ps2020tickets and you can cast your vote for THE LAST TOUCH.
